How custom orders work
Choose your tumbler color and available design option.
For a custom logo, name, text, or design, contact us with what you have in mind.
We will review the artwork and confirm the details before production when needed.
Prestige Custom Creations supplies the tumbler so we can control product quality and engraving results.
Customer-supplied drinkware: We do not engrave customer-supplied tumblers or drinkware. Coatings, materials, and construction can vary significantly between brands and products, which can affect engraving quality. By supplying the tumbler ourselves, we can use products we know and stand behind the finished result.
Please note: Personalized products are custom-made for you. Because of the custom nature of this work, all sales are final once production has begun. Please review names, dates, spelling, and other personalization details carefully before approving your order.
